webhost4life popup for username

We've got couple websites hosted at webhost4life now popup for username and password. We've submit a ticket, after 2 hours waiting, we still not get any response. Here is a temp fix:
Login to website4life control panel, goto security, and select the application folder, as you can see all security settings are gone. Only administrator got security. So, all you have to do is select EveryOne, and select Read and Execute Permission, and apply.
That should solve the problem for now. |

Ive been dealing with wbhost4life.com for over 4 years. now and after constant performance and support problems ive drawn the line.
thay are all a bunch of retards without any knowledge of anything, the crew is mostly made up of CHINKS, with language issues, thay constantly have email problems, performance problems and worse of all they take forever to respond to a ticket.
their servers get hacked often, and their back upsystems is always corrupted. to get them to do something is like speaking to a 3 year old. becuase they lack any common sense.
BOTTOM LINE.
STAY AWAY FROM WEBHOST4LIFE.COM
THEY ARE TRULY THE WORST HOSTING COMPANY ONLINE
