Sometimes your DNN site crashed, or run out of memory. You want to re-start the application, but you can not login. Here is an easy way of doing it:

Login to your hosting web interface or control panel. Use File Manager to open the web.config Add a space in the file. Save. Goto your web address again, your application will be restarted.
